Daniel Janks was born in 1977 and is still not dead. In the 20 years since barely graduating from drama school, Janks has appeared on stage, and in both local and international film and TV projects.

In theatre Janks has performed in Bash, Odd Man Out, The Play That Goes Wrong, Macbeth, Julius Caesar, How He Lied to Her Husband, Overruled and The Twilight of the Golds.

On TV Janks has starred in shows including Scandal, Isidingo, Jacob's Cross, Wild at Heart and Generation Kill.

On the big screen Janks has appeared in An Act Defiance, Tremors Bloodline, Lord Jones is Dead, The Salvation, Ghandi my Father and Ali. Janks’ love of acting is outdone only by his love for his magnificent wife and small, odd, girl-child.
